List the Benefits

Make a list of benefits that will occur as a result of losing weight. Perhaps it is a lowered risk of a life-threatening disease, improved mobility, longevity, or better appearance. Reaching the goal is a real benefit in terms of improved self-confidence and self-esteem.

Not only does adequate sleep boost immunity, but it also plays an important role in fat metabolism.
